It's the Christmas Season, and what better time to be reminded that happiness in life is about happiness, not material things or money. And this year, a study in the British Journal of Medicine tells us that when you're happy, it can make others happier, who can make others happier, who can make still others happier. So, this Holiday Season, count your blessings, and don't worry, be happy. It might just make a difference in someone else's life, and it will certainly make a difference in yours!
