Florida Workers Compensation Institute Lifetime Achievement Award - Tuesday, August 18, 2009

CGWC is pleased to announce that Stewart Lee Colling, our founding partner, who passed away tragically and unexpectedly in April, was awarded the 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Forida Workers Compensation Institute for his tireless and honorable work for injured Florida wokers throughout his 25 year career. The FWCI is a nonprofit educational organization whose purpose is to maintain the higest continuing education and knowledge of all participating professionals in the workers compensation system in Florida, including both claimant and defense attorneys, workers compensation insurance adjusters, employers, health care providers, and other interested participants. It is with the most profound sense of pride that we attended this year's FWCI Annual Conference to watch the acceptance of this recognition of Stewart's professionalism and body of work. His wife, Nancy Colling, accepted the award. Thank you, Nancy and thank you FWCI for recognizing the career of Stewart Lee Colling and his devotion to Florida's injured workers for a quarter century.
