Girl Struck By Deputy's Car - Wednesday, December 09, 2009

A young girl has been struck by an unmarked deputy's car is Orange County.

Pedestrian's are always at risk of being seriously injured by motor vehicles and that is particularly true in Metro Orlando which has historically had higher incidents of pedestrian accidents and deaths. For whatever reason, e.g. the way local streets are designed, the lack of cross walks, etc., there is a very high incidence of pedestrian accidents in Orlando. For that reason, motorists must be especially on guard and on the lookout for vulnerable pedestrians.

If you or a loved one has been the victim of an automobile or pedestrian accident, call The Florida Firm to assure your legal rights are protected.
