Sean Patrick McCormack, is an associate with Colling, Gilbert, Wright and Carter. He was born on October 31, 1980, in Orlando, FL. He graduated Oviedo High School in 1998 and then attended Florida Atlantic University where he graduated cum laude in 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. While at FAU, he swam 4 years Division One athletics. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Barry Universitys School of Law in 2005. Mr. McCormack focuses his practice on workers compensation, specifically representing the needs and legal interest of injured workers.

Mr. McCormack began his law career representing injured workers, particularly firefighters and law enforcement officers with their cardiac claims. He also practiced social security disability and personal injury. He then went onto represent employers and insurance carriers specializing in representing employee leasing companies. He is now back representing injured workers.

Sean has swum competitions in the Aegean Sea in Greece, the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico.
