Conner Werner

Attorney

Conner Werner concentrates his practice on complex personal injury litigation involving serious and catastrophic injuries. He approaches every matter with the belief that each case is equally significant and represents an opportunity to help individuals and families achieve a resolution after a life-altering event.

A native of Orlando, Florida, Mr. Werner earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from Florida State University. He began his legal career by serving his local community as a trial attorney with the Office of the Public Defender in Orlando representing individuals accused of crimes but without the means to hire an attorney. During this time, he gained extensive trial experience in cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to punishable by life felonies. Mr. Werner then transitioned to civil litigation at two nationally recognized defense firms in Florida where he litigated personal injury matters including auto negligence, trucking, premises liability, products liability, negligent security, construction-related accidents and wrongful death.

Mr. Werner’s diverse background defending insurance companies and those accused of crimes provides him with a unique advantage. His combination of robust litigation experience and first-hand knowledge of insurance industry practices allows him to strategically approach personal injury claims and maximize results for his clients.

Outside of work, Mr. Werner enjoys traveling, exploring new foods, supporting his Florida State Seminoles and Orlando Magic, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
