Nathan E. Wittman
Nathan has been practicing civil litigation throughout Florida since 2011. After starting his career on the defense side of civil litigation, over the last decade, Nathan has represented businesses and individuals against insurance companies, and individuals and their families for injuries caused by the negligence of others.
Nathan’s practice areas focus on premises liability, automotive negligence, nursing home and assisted living facility negligence and general personal injury matters. Nathan draws from his early experience and knowledge from defending insurance and other companies to help his clients fight for justice against the corporations, individuals, and insurance companies who are responsible for their and their families’ injuries.
Nathan grew up locally in Winter Park, Florida, and has lived in the Orlando area for nearly his whole life. He graduated from Winter Park High School and then attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies. He then obtained his JD from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, where he was heavily involved in student government and served as Student Bar Association President. Nathan graduated cum laude and has been practicing law throughout Florida since earning his admission to the Florida bar, in 2011.
Mr. Wittman is admitted to practice in Florida and Texas state courts, as well as Florida’s Middle and Southern District federal courts. In his free time, Nathan enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and their two young children, playing music, sports, hiking, and generally being outdoors. You can often find him cheering on his beloved Xavier Musketeers, Orlando City Soccer Club, and Orlando Magic.
