Honoring Flag Day 2015
For nearly a century, Flag Day has served as a time to honor our nation’s emblem. The law firm of Colling Gilbert Wright will celebrate June 14 by unfurling the flag and proudly displaying the banner of the United States.
On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress adopted the now iconic stars and stripes design as the fledgling country’s flag. Since that time, 37 stars have been added to the upper left quadrant as the U.S.A. grew and thrived.
The flag is more than colorful fabric. It represents the great nation in which we live, and all of the people who make it great. All of our attorneys strive to protect the legal rights of American individuals under state and national law and the U.S. Constitution. We believe the flag is a potent symbol of these rights, and a reminder of our duty to represent our clients according to the ethical principles of U.S. law and the flag for which it stands.
