This educational effort showcases only some of the many corporations and lawmakers that are so eager to exercise their own right to access the civil courts for justice while simultaneously tirelessly gaming the legislative processes to close the courthouse doors to ordinary Americans with so-called “tort reform” legislation and mandatory arbitration.
