Mother of Michelle Parker Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit
Yvonne Stewart, the mother of missing Orlando woman Michelle Parker, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Dale Smith. Mr. Smith is Parker’s former fiancé and the primary suspect in the girl’s disappearance, though no formal charges have been brought against him in this case.
Stewart filed the lawsuit during the week of March 3rd, but has not made a public statement about her stance. Media outlets suspect the lawsuit will be based on both surveillance and testimony that suggest Smith may have played a role in Parker’s disappearance.
