Superlawyers 2014
We are proud to announce that Ronald S. Gilbert, Nathan P. Carter and Melvin B. Wright were all again named Superlawyers in 2014 by Superlawyers Magazine. In addition, Joshua A. Machlus, Fermin Lopez and Alex Gillen were all named Superlawyer Rising Stars in 2014 by Superlawyer Magazine.
Superlawyer Magazine conducts independent research and analyzes peer nominations and peer evaluations thoroughly before selecting Superlawyer members annually. The Superlawyer selection process is patented by the U.S. Patent Office, a distinction that demonstrates its credibility as a third party attorney ranking system. First, the candidate pool is created from formal nominations by peers based on personal observation of the nominee in action, by independent research of potential candidates based on professional achievements, and through informal nominations by clients and attorneys. Then the candidates are evaluated by Superlawyers Magazine’s research department based on 12 indicators of professional achievement: verdicts and settlements, transactions, representative clients, experience, honors and awards, special licenses and certifications, position within the law firm, bar and other professional activity, pro bono and community service as an attorney, scholarly lectures and writings, education and employment background and other outstanding achievements. Finally, the candidates are evaluated by their peers by practice area. Rising Stars are similarly and rigorously evaluated and must be 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years of less.
Congratulations to our Superlawyers. If you need an experienced and qualified personal injury or wrongful death lawyer, contact us for a free legal consultation.
